the fine print, in plain words
Terms & conditions

1. The service
TabFlat is online software for restaurants: QR table and takeaway ordering, POS and billing with tax invoices, kitchen screens, tables, inventory, staff, offers, loyalty and reports. It runs in a web browser on devices you provide. We may improve or change features over time; we will not remove a core feature you pay for without notice.
2. Your account
- You must be a business able to enter a contract, and give true details about yourself and your restaurant.
- You are responsible for everyone you give access to, including staff using PINs, and for keeping passwords private.
- Tell us at once if you think someone has used your account without permission.
3. Plans, trial and payment
- One plan with every feature: ₹999 a month or ₹9,999 a year, GST included.
- A one-time ₹50 verification payment confirms your business and starts a 14-day trial. It is credited to your first plan payment as extra service time.
- When the trial ends, the plan you chose is charged through Razorpay (UPI AutoPay or card) and renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and nothing further is charged. See the cancellation & refund policy.
- If we change prices, we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal.
- If a renewal fails and is not paid, your account may be paused until it is. Your data is kept.
4. Your customers and their payments
Your guests pay you directly, by cash, UPI, card or any method you accept. TabFlat does not collect, hold or take a commission on that money and is not a party to the sale between you and your guest. You are responsible for your menu, prices, taxes, invoices, food safety, licences and service to your guests, and for having a lawful reason to use any guest details you collect.
5. Acceptable use
- Use TabFlat only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not try to access other restaurants' data, disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, or resell it.
- Do not use offers or notifications to send messages guests did not agree to receive.
6. Your data
Your menus, orders, bills, guests and reports belong to you. You can export all of it at any time from Settings. We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.
7. Availability
We work to keep TabFlat available and secure, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with the internet or hosting providers. Keep a simple fallback (such as paper order pads) for outages.
8. Suspension and closing an account
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or has unpaid fees, and will tell you why. You can stop using TabFlat at any time; ask us to delete your account and we will do so after giving you the chance to export your data.
9. Liability
TabFlat is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
11. Contact
