TabFlat provides online software. There are no physical goods, so nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.
How the service is delivered
- After you sign up and the verification payment succeeds, your account is usually active at once. If it needs a manual check, we activate it within 1 working day.
- You use TabFlat in a web browser at tabflat.cloud on your own phones, tablets or computers. You can also install it as an app from the browser.
- Plan renewals take effect immediately; there is no waiting time.
QR cards and printing
Table QR cards and receipts are printed by you from the app, on your own printer or at a local print shop. TabFlat does not post printed material.
Orders placed by your guests
Food ordered through a restaurant's TabFlat menu is prepared, served or handed over by that restaurant. TabFlat does not deliver food.
Problems with access
If you have paid but cannot get into your account, contact us and we will fix it, usually the same working day.
