Loyalty points and coupons that bring guests back
Attach a customer by phone number at the till. They earn points on what they actually pay and can redeem them later. Coupons are created in advance, so any cashier can apply one safely.
step by step
How it works
- 1Set how many points a customer earns and what a point is worth.
- 2At billing, add the customer's phone number.
- 3Apply their points or a coupon code to the bill.
- 4When the bill closes, points are earned and spent, and the coupon use is counted.

What you get
- Points earned on the amount paid, redeemed up to a share of the bill you choose
- Coupon codes by percent or amount, with a cap, minimum spend, dates and usage limit
- Everything is re-checked when the bill closes, so expired coupons cannot slip through
- One discount per bill, so offers never stack by accident
- Customer list with points, visits and spend
- Every manual points change needs a reason and is logged
Questions about loyalty points and coupons
Do customers need an app?
No. Customers are identified by their phone number at the till.
Can a coupon be used more than allowed?
No. Coupons can have a date range, a minimum spend and a maximum number of uses, and they are checked again at the moment the bill closes.
Can points and a coupon be combined?
No. A bill carries one discount at a time, so points, coupons and manual discounts replace each other.
Can I turn loyalty off?
Yes. It is a switch in Settings, and your customer data is kept if you turn it off.
